    Hypertension:

     It causes diseases such as heart attack, stroke, kidney diseases, and heart failure. Experts emphasizing that regular use and follow-up of medicines are vital for people with high blood pressure; drawing attention to the importance of exercise on blood pressure, it also lists safe exercises to be done after the age of 35.
    Blood pressure:
    Like blood pressure medications, exercise is also very effective in keeping blood pressure under control. Exercise reduces high blood pressure by 4.33 mmHg, and regular exercise in addition to medication reduces high blood pressure by 8.96 mmHg. Almost 9 unit reduction is very important in high blood pressure treatment.
    Heart-friendly exercises: Walking, swimming, and weight lifting:

    Walking, swimming and weight lifting exercises are also very beneficial for the heart. There are two important markers for adequate and health-enhancing exercise prescription. These markers can be listed as follows;

    1. "At which heart rate to evaluate your heart-lung system and start burning fat?"
    2. "By evaluating muscle strength, how much weight is placed on the muscles to support fat burning?"
